    Nice video,
Would you have any photos how the shaker works under the guard on the machine?

Don't have any pics. Sprocket and chain dive, just a simple setup. I'm not going to post any pics or videos on his set-up. Because I don't think Econo Screen wants that posted. I still buy metal and parts from them.

I know it sounds counterintuitive, but if the grizzly bars are inverted, they don't wedge full of rock. The issue with them being like they are is they funnel the rock down so it wedges in the slot. If you close in the open side of the angle, and put them with the flat side up, you'll find the rock won't wedge in as bad.

Never even though of doing them that way. Next time, I rework them. I may try that. Thanks for the info.

Yes, you can. I got this one painted yellow because not many people get it in yellow.

how gig/volume is the loader bucket it screened that load of gravel in 35 seconds what kind of production do you get over the coarse of a 8 hour day?

I screen composted of leaves and wood. Have to bump it slow. I also screen large to small rocks with sand mix. Give me a sandy loom. The bucket is 7' x 2' x 2'. I average about 25 to 50 seconds a bucket.

Under $12k for the one with the conveyor so I'd say this one is well under $9k.
