I'm glad you enjoyed it! In response to your question, yes, patreons can get early access to the content, but generally not a full 4 months early. The biggest reason for the gap between the scripting/recording of a video and its release on patreon/youtube is because I batch produce videos to hopefully ensure that I'm able to maintain a relatively consistent upload schedule each week. I found that doing it that way was much more efficient and sustainable for me. In addition to that, in the first couple of years that I was uploading videos to this channel I went basically entire summers without uploading anything due to other commitments on my time during the summers that made it difficult to dedicate much time to videos. So I decided to try and maintain a 3-4 month buffer between creation and upload so that such a scenario would hopefully not happen again. I hope that makes sense :)
The loan min pmt formula makes no sense. That equation has two components that cancel each other (1.0025/48), so the formula would be 30000 x (.0025 - 1). Which is -29925, but what does that mean?
this pandemic have taught us how to handle our money and our finances well, and I hope that we have learned well from these hard times. A lot of people have lost their jobs and they’ve been left with no choice but only to survive - that’s why it’s important to have an investments that will serve as our backup.

don't think in terms of time cost if you take public transport to work. you'll get really annoyed. trust me.
