Craft room organizing and storage. Think outside of the box!

I think the first thing everyone tries to do when they are organizing a craft room is to shop at IKEA, Michaels craft store or Hobby lobby in the craft organizing departments. It's not really necessary. Start thinking outside of the box when it comes to organizing and storing your craft items. I love nothing more than to go to Goodwill and go through all of the aisles and see what it is I can come up with that will work for storing my items. Whether it is something that belongs in the kitchen, the office, or another room in the house just look at it and think about it for a few minutes. You will be amazed as to what you can come up with. Sometimes it's a lot cheaper to buy something from the kitchen department than to buy something from a craft store.
