The defendant conveys he is an experienced manipulator by way of domination. He thinks he is smarter than he is which gives him false confidence. He does demonstrate slightly above average intellectual ability-but he’s not aware it’s a facade of untapped potential vs any genuine intellectualizing. I would bet that throughout his life he has defaulted first to Physical Domination in confrontations. He conveys contempt and disrespect repeatedly to anyone that crosses him. When he emotes over testimony it is disingenuous. Long, dramatic pauses with deep sighs yet no tears or red eyes. All of this indicative of someone with a blatant disregard for others.
I predict same day verdict followed by a drawn out, misguided, fruitless appeals process. He will live out his days with free food, lights, heat, water, a bed. Passing his days trying to manipulate the system to better benefit him.
There should be an automatic DP for mass murderers.

Ignoring him has the same affect!! Such a narcissist!!!!!
He is so easily angered which IMO is what caused the the parade attack! He couldn't control Erika...took off madder than 40 hells and took that anger out on innocent people! I don't think he can be rehabilitated. Just my opinion.

This guy has spent his life controlling and manipulating people through sheer willpower and legitimate bullying. Ypu can tell he was used to getting his way by exhausting whoever his "opposition" is. Even when wrong, he will keep repeating himself and repeating himself until the other person concedes just to shut him up and move on with life. He will LITERALLY just keep pushing, trying different, increasingly aggressive ways until he gets his way.

For example, if he cut me in line at the supermarket and, when I said something, he pulled his crap, I would ABSOLUTELY just ignore him and let him scan his stuff. Fighting with the guy in the supermarket is only going to force me go stay there longer and in his presence longer.

This was absolutely painful watching and listening to.
The (kinda/sorta) neighboring eyewitness was casting such unnecessary verbiage whereas just answering a simple yes or no answer.
The prosecution was weak and subdued during that cross examination.
I have a sinking feeling that this psychopath somehow gets off on a stupid technicality.
