BASS FISHING IN THE DEPTHS OF WINTER | UK BEACH FISHING | BASS LOVE THIS BAIT

In this video, I decided to head down the beach and do some bait fishing for bass. The conditions were favourable, which a slight onshore breeze, a good bit of surf and a rising tide. The session would start off well, before I could even set the cameras up properly, I was getting a couple of bites and would soon be into my first fish of the evening.
The bait I was using was Gaper Clam & Razor Clam which I'd only defrosted a couple of hours before heading out. These would be wrapped together and threaded on to running ledger rigs with a 2/0 Aberdeen as the main hook and a 2/0 offset Chinu acting as the pennel hook.
To say this was a pretty spontaneous trip, it would turn out to be a lot of fun.
