The Dirty Ho*ker Diesel team brought out their Last Minute Ho*ker Duramax Chevy to UCC and put on a show they definitely were not hoping for!
** We had originally stated incorrect dyno numbers in this video which is why they are now blurred - the truck made 1,572hp & 1,799tq when it blew up!

Yes, already from a work safety standpoint: Most of these have their hood open so there's nothing to stop the shrapnels if the engine really explodes and throws up its guts, so you should keep clear a lot of metres from in front of and the sides of the car (at least up to the front wheels), these things are extremely sharp and can literally kill you and also just hot water and oil had severely injure you, so you may enter this area during the run only with proper hearing protection, a helmet and face shield.
