In Pittsburgh there’s a Tex mex chain called Mad Mex where the sue specific decor is stunning! It’s all one artist’s design concept (sugar skulls, Day of the Dead) in every conceivable medium imaginable from die cast metal sculptures to giant, uber-colorful murals to paper mâché, fiber pieces, and stamped leather… The food is not epic recently, unfortunately, other than their lime cilantro dressing which I could eat with a spoon lol…. Love what this place outside of Vegas looks like though!
