1) can anyone directly start a public ltd comp....or it is always like starting a pvt ltd and then converting into public ltd???
2)can a pvt ltd company be listed on stock exchange?? what are requirements for listing on stock exchange?? is it like after listing a pvt ltd company on stock exchange,it should necessarily be converted into public ltd within a period of time????
