An OPC is formed like a private limited company under Companies Act 2013. This is somewhere between a proprietorship firm and a Pvt Ltd Company. A one person company has a single shareholder and provides limited liability to the shareholder.
Like a Pvt Ltd Co, in an OPC, you will get MOA, AOA, PAN, TAN, DIN etc.

I was wondering if any company should renue their registration by a course of time! And how much (minimal) amount (if any) should be deposited as security, and also how much the (minimal) amount is for getting started with opc or llp!
Another thing I heard, but can't justify, does banks provide loan to an individual or to a company, without any mortgage, just depending on business plan,(I know it's silly, though I can't help asking).

Sir OPC registration me kitna minimum expenses hota h aur yearly compliance pure Karne me CA ke through Kitna minimum expenses aata h ...mota mota hisab. Ye sab bhi apne video me bataye. Tabhi logo ko reality pata chalegi ki unke liye proprietorship better h ki opc.
And in my personal view for startup of business OPC or Pvt Ltd is not a good choice.

If you mean, "Can an OPC (created by any Indian natural origin resident) raise funding? You need to clarify what you mean by 'funding'. Funding in form of Loans, YES, Funding in context to V.C or P.E money, No, not unless you convert the OPC to Pvt. Ltd.
