The whole discussion of upgrading Alfonse reminded me of how Dragalia Lost upgraded Euden throughout its story. He got two new canonical forms based on key campaign progression moments complete with costume, weapon and skill overhauls. Continuity like that is not only fun to see in a story, but also from a gameplay perspective because we can tangibly see and feel how far the MC has come.
Idk I feel like for that we would need like an asended version of the akr trio or even a Legendary like Veronica has. Cause Euden had his "Legendary alt" so the progression was canon, also I loved that game so much 😭
Brave units are more like nods to their games and the other characters, that's why we see a lot of units using weapons from family and shit like that.
Yo DTM. New subscriber here. I found you from Arena, thinking that there wasn't a channel associated with the team I fought. Is nice to see a new content creator for feh.
Oblivion making it sound like IS is randomly going for his money by releasing all of his faves when in reality he's probably behind all of this in secret and is the true villain of the shonen...
Also to add to what Oblivion was saying about Lyon in SD there's also the fact that when facing him you know it's a dangerous move to align two units so it adds some difficulty for the opponent just by existing. And the fact that the best unit in the mode (Chrom) count on TFC which align units and that you often stack frontliners/saviors/supports make him very menacing.

I don’t really think Reginns refine is bad cause alarm def res helps up her def res and makes her much more sturdy and with flared Sparrow and lull speed def 4 she is really good I’m trying to build her like this

I actually think IS will give him the "Restores HP by % of damage dealt" effect associated with Aether since that's kind of his thing in Feh. Anyeays, theorycrafting Emblem effects is SO much fun. I hope fehtubers release videos doing that.
Hoping for Emblem Corrin to introduce a new inheritable that negates pre-combat damage.

They should make Felix a Mortal Savant and have sorcery blade in his weapon. Also 3 movement when he has no allies besides him at the start of turn.
SD having a really high requirement of entry has been its issue since day one. From what you guys say about Duo Lyon, it really seems he is manageable in a match. But it does just outright gatekeeps people who dont have the time or resources (in the knowledge check sense like tutorials or guides) to dig into the mode further.
Maybe IS acknowledges this and has just given up on making the mode appealing to normie players. Then again I might be giving them a bit too much credit.

Duo Lyon hit me so hard I quit playing the game
I think engage Marth is really op, making no quarter so easy to trigger, which was already an op special, but of course it's directed towards the strongest units, which are NOT ftp units
This banner hates me , i've done past beyond 80 pulls for marth and i've got 6 Firs, as F2p.... XD
Funnily enough the top 8 of AHR should be released tomorrow at least according to English and Japanese twitter. :3
Personally I wouldn’t mind a green dream for AHR BUT I don’t necessarily need it. Best outcome for me probably would be Wind Tribe Claude (merge), Winter Dimitri (fodder), Legendary Elincia (merge), Duo Ninja Sanaki (fodder or merge).
But the moment Duo Winter Byleth is making the top 8, I am No. 1 green dream supporter cause I DONT WANT BYLETH ON THE BANNER, cause outside of one copy they imo has absolutely NO value, at least to me. Their complete fodder is armor only and let’s face it Save Armors are the most braindead boring kind of unit in the game, cause every time one is released they are just there to outclass a previous one or being forgotten about and no one needs thousand save armors. So them on the banner would be so, so, so bad.
With probably most of the rest of the top 20 from the interims I think I would be at least okay with. ^^
I can't think of cyl I am more personally disinterested in more than this results. I like Robin but not as exciting when Robin won last year as well. The rest are probably two of my least favorite three houses charcters and Alphonse. I don't hate Alphonse more of just find him boring but it does concern me that they are going to sideline Anna and Sharena even more because he won.

I may be jumping the gun as I’m partway through the video, but I really don’t like how Potent 4 is like *impossible* for anyone other than Marth to use to its full potential. Like, premium units have come with skills that are more geared towards their prf weapon and/or skill before now, but for one of Marth’s effects to just be “this skill that anyone else CAN use is worse on them than on him” is kinda shitty imo.
