You've got my attention from Arkansas brethren! I work for FedEx, so I spend most of my day driving "you know what im talking about." I haven't watched but a few videos but I have LISTENED to almost all of them while going down these dirt roads. I love the content bro! I love the narratives, and the genuine sense of fun that your videos bring to the table. Keep up the great work brethren!! "I care about you." -Cam
Love from Texas, USA, my brother. my family is native to the Isle of May!! Oldest sister is Ilamae, generational name from our home. Hope you’re doing good, oceans separate and the algorithm unites.
Great stuff Cam! Part playthrough, part narrative drama, shot through with humour and poetry. Your creativity and sense of fun really come through brilliantly in this one. Hats off to you!
i just started playing dayz a few days ago + have binged all of your starter videos. you’re extremely helpful and bring excellent vibes!! whenever im searching for a dayz tutorial i always check and see if you have one first
I love that, in the end, it's The End that was the end. Poetic af. Inspires me to get in there and dominate this map. I can't thank you enough for all these DayZ joints you're taking the time to make that prepare us so well to log in and eagerly learn everything the game has to offer on our own! You're a uwaga teren wojskowy legend, my friend.
Shit u can do that? Or is that PC stuff only? Would def be nice to practice & learn the maps in a dead server that actually has loot. I want to be able to learn how to get the punch card without dying every time
@@sealofakatosh Id honestly just try to get the hang of everything in a server that has either a low amount of people or medium, when theres nobody it makes you not realize a lot of things that you must know
I had to stop and say the edit of the elk hunt was, magical. amazing, and perfect. So well done, I was there, I was hungry, and you had me immersed. Wonderful!
This right here is a perfect example of how dayz forces u to make your own story like dude…. this was a straight up movie. 10/10 on the transitions especially in the bunker that was so fire bro. Atlanta, Georgia
I’m HAPPY to comment. You have super quickly soared to the top of my day z creator list. I have thousands of hours in and I still watch your beginner guides and everything. Love your input. Love your style
"I can't escape". Nice ending. You are one of my favorite creators because: 1. So many forget how far their knowledge is from someone just stepping into this for the first hours. 2. You're a real prick when you need to be (respect o7). 3. You tell a good story. 4. You're a decent mentor to noobs. A criticism... I like your cinematics, but not when you are actually interacting with stuff. Especially near the end when you were looting, I really want to see what you are grabbing, leaving, and so on. Otherwise, it does provide a sort of epic story arc feel. Coming to you from the Sunshine State -- Florida has the closest weather to where I grew up in Australia. ;) I'm actually from California originally. I've been playing less than a week, almost exclusively on a near-vanilla modded server with usually zero pop, though someone I didn't see log in took a pot shot at me yesterday. Just trying to learn the map. I've learned more from your videos than everyone else's combined -- cheers bro. Especially practicing taking on Zombies. I lack your skill at kiting the buggers into buildings, and I've had the tar beaten out of me more than once. Actually survived two of those occasions -- if I can sneak away, I usually have food and water in my pack for emergencies like this. Last, thanks for making the PvP aspect look like fun. I accidentally encountered a duo at a heli crash two days ago (the launcher said I was the only person logged on -- don't know how those guys were there). They were moderately decked out with full auto weapons. I was approaching crouch running, and when they opened fire I raised a hand, but they kept shooting!. Lousy shots, though, so I pulled out my Deringer (a starter weapon on this server) and actually dropped one of them. IRL I'm competent with a pistol and to my surprise that experience kicked in and I head shot one of them twice. Then the confusion overwhelmed me and I forgot how to reload the Deringer, so when the second guy was reloading I rushed him with fists. He pulled a knife however, and won that fight. I lost, but damn it was fun! Love your content -- looking forward to more. 😄
Also gotta say Cam the editing and story telling is fantastic in your videos. One thing I might suggest in that overlay between the head lamp and the character inventory in the bunker is just have the ambience of the room without microphone audio there, perhaps using a dayz soundtrack in that moment. Love it though, awesome stuff
Hi from New Zealand, I'm a new sub. I just wanted to say thanks for the content your narrative story telling and interacting with your viewers, you have quickly become one of my favorite DayZ content creators and look forward to watching more 😊
Also just recently server hopped from Chernarus to Livionia and rewatching all these Livionia videos to get my bearings back because now I have NO idea what to expect 😅 so I appreciate your videos my friend 💯
Watching from Quebec, Canada! Addicted to your videos since the first "How to have a perfect start" video. You got me into DayZ and I'm having a blast :) Tried Livonia the other week. Got lost and hit the boundaries of the map, died from hunger. Tried again, spawned at night, got chased by wolves unarmed. Edit: Apparently I'm a dragon.
From Bethel, Alaska where we define the meaning of "rural." Your content is the best out there, I'm a noob but I've learned most of what I know thanks to your videos. Keep up the great stuff!!!
I am actually from Poland and that's why I try playing Livonia now because it is in Poland, and I really love u content without u i would probably get stuck in chenarus at the coast and never play again 👍
I keep myself in Swarog for the most part, good to sit at get geared by all the folk that loot for you. Watching from Texas, found your channel recently and started playing dayz in November. Love the game, idk why I wasn’t pressing this niche of gaming much earlier on. Player interactions are KILLER and you will always be able to create your own gameplay.
You're the only streamer I've ever gotten into, look forward to your videos each week. Been watching your DayZ videos for many years now, though I haven't played since the Arma mod dayz. If I ever get around to updating my rig I can't wait to put your Beginner's Guides into practice! All the best from Minnesota.
Coming to you from SW England. Love your videos, the music, editing, narration are great. I don’t even have DayZ but I’m subscribed and I’ve watched hours of your stuff!
Hey man, i live one the oopsite end of the state, i live just north of Eureka, CA. I want to thank you for the inspiration that your videos have provided for me. I had played Dayz a couple of years ago, and quickly lost i terest due to the high attrition rate of this game. Your tutorials have provided for me not only the groundwork for all of the essential skills needed to survive, but also opened the door to positive player interactions. I have had three great playthroughs while cooperating with random strangers. Thank you for all of the instruction and fine entertainment.
I carry a sharpening stone always. My knife gets a lot of use as I prefer staying stealthy as much as possible. Thanks for the vids. Your honest commentary is refreshing.
Hi Poland here, watching from Scotland :D Keep it going its funny and educating. Sometimes just cannot stop watching, especially while working from home :D
Nice work. You are a seasoned veteran. I am from Pennsylvania but currently residing on the outskirts of Lukow, Livonia in a medium size blue tent with a camo cover 😊
Livonia is easily my favorite map, and I've played a few modded here and there. I love the open fields and run-down towns. Especially the bombed out ones. Ofc the bunker only makes it better.
Your channel is awesome, I joined the discord and also played on your server. I really like how your videos show a legit start bcs that was always my biggest pitfall with the game. After watching some of your channel I actually feel like I know a bit about what is going on in game. Thanks man, keep up the great work!!
Hey man your vids are amazing, and i love to see the official dayz content, thats my favourite DayZ adventure. By the way, how do you make those amazing scinematic scenes throughout your video?
PNW here - watched all your tutorial videos and then bought the game because of you...been loving it! Probably would have got frustrated and quit had I just bought the game having not watched them...every death is a badge of honor.
Your vids man have revived my interest in DayZ. It sucks my PC is trashed ATM but watching you has been entertaining at how free flowing your content is. Stay frosty my friend
Hi man! Watching from Poland. Sorry, but I giggled when I heard you reading "Uwaga"... it sounded for me like some japanese word :D (After teren wo-john-ski I cried :D) You should pronounce 'w' like 'v' (Uvaga). It's funny how the same letter from the same alphabet is pronounced differently in languages. Btw. Uwaga = Warning/Attention, teren wojskowy = military area, zakaz wstępu = entry forbidden.
