But the current behavior is that elephant treasury is NOT increasing. It is decreasing which leads to dropping price of elephant. Which leads to less value of treasury! Or am i missing something here?
No, you are right. The value of the treasury is decreasing because its funds are being reallocated where they can make more revenue for the entire bank in the long run. It's also true that the price of $ELEPHANT is currently dropping but that is inevitable when part of the treasury is sold to deploy into other investments. We need to learn to look at a long-term horizon instead of just focusing on the now. I have run some financial projections and found that Bertha can still cover its liabilities, even with a weakened baseline. I will make another video about that soon.
