    Wow, I wish that they still had the Budd Cabcars, this line has been pretty much taken over by the Nippon Sharyo cab-coaches and coaches now. And WOW has Grayslake station changed, the second platform has been extended and finished.

    F40PH locomotives are hardly seen on the Milwaukee lines anymore either. In my opinion, the MP36 locomotives belong on the BNSF line, because that line has the most passengers in the Metra system and there’s a lot of express trains on that route. MP36 locomotives can travel faster, so it would be legitimate to have them pulling express trains. That’s how Caltrain does it (Caltrain is Metra’s sister - a commuter rail line for San Francisco that looks and works exactly like Metra)
