  • If you're looking for a foolproof way to make tender, perfectly-cooked turkey breast, you've got to try the sous vide technique! Sous vide turkey breast comes out perfect every single time - moist, tender and cooked just right. This is a great recipe for Thanksgiving when you need extra turkey, or if you're having a smaller gathering like a friendsgiving meal! You can use a regular sous vide immersion cirulator but I use the Instant Pot's sous vide function.

      I know some people use a slow cooker to do sous vide - but I haven't tried that out.
