It was not illegal to buy the medicine so the stop and search were illegal. IF by chance the driver gave consent to search then she is an idiot. No probable cause means that a good lawyer can get them off easily...but his job is hard when people are weak and answer questions and allow searches. But then I tried claratin d for another sinus infection and I thought I was allergic because I had a terrible reaction. Turns out I’m not allergic, it just affected me like speed does. Never taking it again!
We need to help the people suffering from addiction, the solution isn't to shove them in prison. We are a nation of sick individuals who need help. And decriminalization is how we do this. I would rather live in a world where ppl have to go a different route to treat their little cold, rather than a world of ppl making meth. Your neighbor could be making meth and you not know it.
