I am in that Delphox waiting room though Inteleon is one of my favorite water starters.
I really loved his Gigantamax form in the Isle of armor and his move snipe shot is pretty cool looking. Really glad I was able to get em.

For some reason I feel like it would be cool to have an option to have a pokemon stand still (most preferably for getting a long distance scenery picture, especially for larger pokemon like Koriadon and Miriadon)... I know it could be achieved via mods, but it would be cool for vanilla too (and there are some people who either don't have a moldable switch or doesn't want to mod a switch)

Lock-on is balanced because it uses up a move and makes the move next turn guaranteed. Guaranteed crit moves exist but they’re only certain moves on certain Pokémon. He's based on a basilisk, not a chameleon. A basilisk is a lizard that can run on water due to the wide skin between its toes. The "fins" on its back even look similar to the "fins" of the basilisk.

At this point he's just trying to find any reason to bash Inteleon. All of these things happen with every other pokemon. Pokemon run around you all the time for seemingly no reason (especially after 1.2), they stand in air while on steep slopes, they swim on air when they are halfway between the ground and water, and they disappear when you get too close. And the sleeping animation is actually one of the best. Most of the pokemon have a generic laying on floor sleep animation and it's nearly the same for every pokemon. He's unique.
