- This is the original master tape of 10cc's encores from their show at Hammersmith Odeon on 20/6/77, recorded for their forthcoming 'Live and Let Live' album and filmed by Bruce Gowers (all synchable clips included here). The released film edited out some of Eric and Graham's stage patter, which is here in full!
This version of ‘I’m Not in Love’ made it onto ‘Live and Let Live’, which might be why the tape is labelled ‘Side 4’. However, they didn’t use this version of ‘Modern Man Blues’ on that album. That was recorded at the Manchester gig on 17/7/77.
This recording also includes a raucous second encore of Modern Man Blues.

Great find great group. Only wish it was ships don’t disappear in the night.
Thank you for your uploads!
This is amazing! On headphones, you feel like you are in the audience. It's a bit surreal as it would have been my 7-year-old self there at the time! 😄
Thanks for sharing! Was this from that recent UK auction? There were several 10cc reels there
Editing Eric's solo and the second verse out of the video is a crime against humanity
It could be that I'm that sycophantic regards the best band in the world, but in terms of live performance, there is only one Eric, Graham and of course, the very nimble fingered Rick.
Thank you Sean.... It means everything to me to see your uploads.
Cheers
Mig
They must have been high as kites from the audience's reaction.
Hi thanks for your uploads!! I don’t suppose you have any Ian Dury live stuff master tapes please, kind regards.
Thanks! I wish I did!
do you have any of the versions of Good Morning Judge with Kevin and Lol around 1976?
Wish we did!
I remember these times well. I was a child 8 or 9 yrs. I'M NOT IN LOVE was a huge pop hit at the time. Still a great song and very much conveys the sensibility of the time to me. There was a sound base to things.
Goosebumps …. Great upload … thank you Sean 👌👍🏼xx
Thank you very much - great work!
47 Years ago and I still have the double Live album that came out December 1977. Which was the first time we got to bring home 10cc Live LP. Dig This: There is a Live recording on cd, on King Biscuit label, from November 1974 which has Ships Don't Disappear, and other songs from the first two lp's. Like hearing an old friend...
That's a GREAT bootleg!
