TMS has such a refined animation and art style, you can tell when said studio worked on certain projects, especially when it comes to western projects like Tiny Toons, Chip and Dale and Animaniacs just to name a few. I love their smooth and expressive character animations and they have a great use of smear frames.
Damn, he basically directed all the best-looking episodes of the Disney Afternoon cartoons, the Spielberg-produced cartoons, and the DCAU. I wonder if he also worked on Galaxy High because that show was also made by Tokyo Movie Shinsha and it moves like how he animates.

His work on Pokémon, Inu-Yasha, Akira, Lupin the Third, Studio Ghibli, Tiny Toon Adventures, and the Animaniacs are pretty spot on! And, I did not expect him to work on the Particle Man music video. Eventually, according to his Twitter account. He also worked on the storyboards for Blinx The Time Sweeper and concept art for Balan Wonderland which is awesome!

Theres somethins satisfying about seeing Lupin the 3rd right next to Animaniacs, Tiny Toons,and pinky and the brain.
