Thank you so much! I tried using a descaler but it wasn’t working for some reason (even though it does on my Delonghi one). Didn’t even know there was that little piece of wire hiding in the back of the Krupps one - it’s a different model so I couldn’t take that part off but I could still get the wire in enough to clear the blockage and it’s working perfectly now 😁

Pastilele sunt scumpe într-adevăr. Se găsesc pe aliexpress capsule din silicon reutilizabile și pui în ele ce cafea dorește sufletul tău. Și nu sunt scumpe deloc.
La aparatul meu, curge cafea, dar prin partea de sus, probabil, pe langa capsula, curge apa. Orificiul l-am desfundat fara a demonta. Oare ce sa fie? Garnitura? Multumrsc!
Cum ai rezolvat problema? După curățare și mie îmi curge apa și prin fața ei pe peretele aparatului. Fără acest capac montat nu curge. Garnitura este lipita, nu cred că poate fi recondiționată.multumesc.
I made this and it was hard to get this thing out even with a screwdriver. Now i cleaned it, but the problem i have is that something probably broke or fell off when i was trying to put that thing with a needle back in place! :/ Now something inside a maching sounds like its jumping when you shake the machine, like a screwdriver or some part fell off, i cant put it back on, maybe some plastic broke? I wrote the company for waranty, i hope i suceed! If not i will have to try fix it myself. Just wont take it aparat because it might loose waranty. Lets hopoe they will fix it, its probably my mistake, but its really hard to clean this.. I have it for 7 months, this happened before and somehow after a day started pouring water again, but now i tried to fix it with no success, instead , a failure :( I should just leave it like this..

Would a regular sewing needle work. Mine strangely came without the needle 😑

Cel mai probabil garnitura. Fiind înfundat poate a forțat pe la garnitura și acuma iese tot pe acolo

After descale method Please start it without water tank and pour water with air and dirt. Do it few times and try with normal water.

Don't open it. By making the repair I made you don't lose warranty.
