@@YOYODiagnostic I cleaned it and installed it back. It worked 2/3 weeks and now I’m getting faulty codes again. I didn’t use any of the re learning software. Do you think the part is faulty or do I really need to try re learn ?

Don't replace nothing before you check for the problem.
@@YOYODiagnostic I replaced the throttle actuator. Car seem to work fine now. But now the faulty code comes back every time i delete it.
