SimonSays is a TwitchPlays style app for Windows and Linux which converts commands written in Twitch chat to keyboard and mouse inputs on the users computer.

Realised I didn't mention about bots! In the action list there is an action called "random." Each time a bot posts in chat, there is (by default) a 10% chance that this triggers an action from all available at random! You can disable this or change the random chance and cooldown id you so wish by editing the "random" action just like any other.
