    Struggle to wake up by 730am every day and I woke up at 6am today and was energized and worked out for 3 hours outside after work!

    I went to a birthday on my day one knowing that there would be fruit, fruit juices, and approved deli meats. The fruit juice is what caused the allergic reaction. I drank all the water which is why I had to sip a soda to take my Benadryl.

    my energy was a bit down, but i had given up surgar the week before so i think that helped with the cravings

    Love the cold shower practice and concept! It reminds me of the idea of the Gryffindor sword which "only takes in that which makes it stronger..."

    Whaylt do I do when I wake up with cold symptoms on Day 2 to stay compliant?

      Me too! A mix of missing carbs and sugar and maybe an actual cold, but feel really rough!

    Super difficult to stick to my Whole30 when my family feels the need to stuff the fridge with so much junk food... hardly any room for my ingredients... ug!

    I got several muscle cramps while exercising today. Is that just an electrolyte issue or is there a nutrient I need to be more intentional about?

      I have been getting cramps too. Keep hydrated with water it helps big time

      Magnesium sometimes helps with cramps. I think you can find it as a capsule or a lotion.
