In the comics Deadpool has like three voices in his head, he is actual thoughts and two other voices that represent different parts of him. What's so funny is that I'm pretty sure their text boxes are different colors as well.

There's a nice MCU Easter egg in the final battle scene- they're fighting on the decommissioned SHIELD Hellicarrier! When it tips over, you can see the giant outboard flight engines. That places this movie after Avengers 2. Also, your edit omits the scene, but the hired goon he knew from Jacksonville is Hydra Bob (a recurring pal from the comics). Hydra fell already, so Bob is freelancing to support his family. A weird but hilarious character.
Absolutely loved watching this along with you and your reaction to this movie. And the fact that you enjoy the humour (yes and the dirty humour too) made it more enjoyable to watch your reaction so much enjoyable. As this is the first movie reaction i have seen of your channel , i put you in my Top 10 of reactors...
Looking forward to your reaction of DP2! Deadpool's brand of humor is very polarizing, so it was pleasantly surprising seeing you really react to Wade's ruthlessly gory and raunchy jokes with enthusiasm. Also the lil rap-alongs were really cute. Cheers!
Colossus is actually one of the most popular X-Men characters (amongst comic readers). Outside of the Deadpool franchise, Fox never did him any justice. He is one of the most comic-accurate characters (the DP version) to ever come out of Fox.
His humor/sarcasm is his coping mechanism. At first for how his life had gone after his stint in special forces but it goes into serious overdrive after the "round the clock torture" he endures and with what ultimately happened to his looks. Which in the comics more than the film is his most loved thing about him self. A lot of people had a really hard time with his level of cursing/swearing. Ryan Reynolds takes it to an incredible level literally channeling Deadpool from the comics with his on the fly creative swear phrases. That is the topping on this Sunday of his coping mechanism. His combining purposely offensive swearing with unique creativity that makes you think oh wait a minute I'm supposed to be offended but I'm still processing what he actually said. 🤣 His character has been a long time favor of mine in the comics and I am so excited that Ryan Reynolds was able to make this comic accurate version of the character of
Ok this is only the second reaction I’ve seen you do but your reactions are refreshing and fantastic! Your smile, laugh and expressions are addictive. Now I need to go see a lot of the shows you review first so I can watch you react to them.🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤪🤪
The zoom in on the cheez-it, lol! Edit: that punch was 100% real, though the line before it was changed, the line that made Gina actually punch Ryan was, "You're gonna leave me all alone here with less angry Rosie O'Donnell?"
"I'm touching myself tonight" "I might too"...say what now or was I just hallucinating that...? 😂 Anyways, I loved the reaction, just like love the movie to this day! It's one of my absolute faves. If you haven't yet, I'd recommend watching Free Guy for your next dose of Ryan Reynolds. EDIT: Nevermind, just had to do some digging 😄
6:10 you may have seen the "unofficially released" test footage; whose leak after sitting on a Fox studios shelf for years caused such a fuss that the movie actually got made. It was a different version of the highway scene.
In the comics, the character that Morena Baccarin is playing, Vanessa, is a mutant with shapeshifting and minor telepathic powers, which allows her to impersonate people. She was first introduced in 'X-Force', impersonating Domino, when Deadpool was hired to track down and kill members of the team.
The name, "Negasonic Teenage Warhead" was actually taken from the Monster Magnet song of the same name. Grant Morrison & Frank Quitely, her creators in the comics are big Monster Magnet fans. Coincedentally, Dave Windorf, the vocalist of Monster Magnet, is a huge Marvel comics fan.
Such an absolute pleasure to see your reaction to this :D A great way to round off my vacation as I'm heading to bed now and start working again tomorrow 🥰
Love the reaction! A lot of people miss it, but the final battle was actually fought on a decommissioned SHIELD helicarrier. Can't wait to see the reaction to the sequel!
I'm glad that you're not grossed out by sex jokes or anything like that. You EMBRACE them!! Everyone should grow a pair and embrace sex jokes, nudity and all the 'gross' stuff in movies.
Pulls out the big ring "Wait where was it though....where where where was it"😂😂🤣🤣 The reactions that just keep on giving! Love it🙂👍❤ Oh and you Rap good too👍
I am pretty impressed. For a superhero/comedy film, this movie gets pretty freaky. It can get a bit much, for your typical reactor, but you really took the film in stride. You're a true cinematic veteran. It should be mentioned, that when this film was made, it wasn't really associated with Disney, or mainstream Marvel. This won't be the case, for DP2. It kinda helps approaching this movie, if you're had experience with the DP character. However, I think you know enough for DP2. Which I look forward to seeing your experience. I am glad you got most of the references. I like that you recognized Ferris. I am glad, that nothing in the film shocked you. You were definitely ready for DP2, which I am about to look at, next.
I still want the final merge between Disney's MCU and all the titles they've now acquired to be with Wade Wilson dragging the files over from one folder to another. That would actually be one of the most seamless and in- character ways to do it
One of the best Deadpool reactions I've seen. It is such a pleasure to see someone who is clearly part of the target audience enjoying the F out of God's Perfect Idiot.
Hi Angela. New(ish) subscriber here. I found your channel during your Ms Marvel reactions. You do exactly what the ideal reactor should - you make me feel like you're the kind of person I'd love to hang out with to watch my favourite movie or show. Looking forward to Deadpool 2, and the next episode of Invincible!
If I remember correctly. He develops a healing factor, but it also overcharges his cancer (which is why his skin looks like that). The jokes and references in this were sometimes so close together, I remember I had to rewind at some points to hear them all. Also, Gina Carano who played the female antagonist, formerly did MMA fighting.
It's not so much that it overcharges his cancer. It's more that his cancer is constantly spreading while simultaneously being healed at the same time, so his skin is always completely covered in newly-developed cancerous tumors and lesions.
Yeah, if it were from the flames, like she wondered at first, the healing factor would just heal it. But cancer cells are still living cells which actual treatments try to kill. So the healing factor just keeps healing them at the same type of accelerated rate that it heals the other cells in his body. While simultaneously trying to fight the cancer as the body wants to do.
Your commentary is not shit. It's kinda The Shit. The way this reaction is edited and how you focused on some of the cool little details is really one of the best versions I've seen. You've got a really good vibe.
Just wanted to give a quick update after my super depressing comment a week or two ago: I literally just sat down after getting back from texas for my best bud's funeral and it ended up being one of the best weekends I've had in YEARS. I was 1 of only two speakers at the funeral and I'm really proud of myself for that. I forgot how much certain members of his family just like him and we had a blast drinking and laughing and crying etc. so the moral of the story is, when your best friend dies...........party(?). Also: we need more Cheez-it cam.
Tad that's awesome! What a great way to honor him! He would've loved to know that you guys laughed after his funeral. I want people to laugh during mine. Cheez-it cam will return
Great reaction. Deadpool was hilarious. I like to too when a movie makes fun of itself. 😂 "Who's balls did I have to fondle to get a movie. I'll give you s hint. It rhymes with Pulverene." 🤣 CHIMICHANGAS!
The small hand scene reminds me of scary movie 2 🤣 And your appreciation of the humor of this flick increases your cool points. People either love the humor or don’t get it. Wondering if you’ve seen Van Wilder. Also, a serious movie he did that I always enjoyed and feel was underrated is a movie called “buried” made in 2010.
I'm wondering if you're remembering the test footage that was "accidentally leaked" that pretty much was the final catalyst for getting Fox to greenlight the movie? It was mostly the beginning scene from the time he jumped off the bridge to the SUV flipping over. Really enjoyed your reaction, we definitely share a similar sense of humor. Whenever you get to watching "Deadpool 2" it might be worth reacting to both the "Once Upon A Deadpool" version for the "Princess Bride" parody, and the "Deadpool 2 Super Duper Cut" for the regular movie.
Gina Carano was a Thai kickboxer. First foreigner to win a championship in Thailand. She then went into MMA and fought for elitexc or Strikeforce, I'm fuzzy on the timeline there. She had her first loss to Chris Cyborg, which made her quit fighting and go into acting.
@@javinrichardson Same! ... For *over* a year in Spacetime. *This* is what made me subscribe. Now she's doing FMAB and Farscape. Doing some space shit, that I can't escape.

This video is officially you SIMPING for Ryan Reynolds the entire movie 😂 and I would too but this movie is terrifyingly funny and very watchable 😌, anyways enjoyed all your laughters and reactions 🥰
The "hideout" that Francis/Ajax is in at the end of the movie is a broken down SHIELD Triskelion Airship from Captain America: Winter Soldier. It meand Deadpool is technically part of the MCU even before Disney bought FOX.
Was this reaction from before you watched Firefly? I thought for sure you would've recognized Morena Bacarin from that. That's the downside to watching backlogged videos. I don't know what you've seen so in which order. Either way. Great reaction. Thank you for sharing.❤️
My first time watching one of your reviews. I loved it, I noticed you do mostly series reactions. I hope you do more movie first time reactions in the future. I think your great.
So Deadpool isn’t connected to the MCU as the film doesn’t take place within the Marvel Cinematic Universe also known as Earth-616. Instead Deadpool is set within the Fox X-Men universe known as Earth-TRN41, designation found on the Marvel Datebase. To make things a little confusing there’s technically two X-Men Timelines the original Timeline known as Earth-10005 and the new timeline created at the end of Days of Future Past. Deadpool takes place within this new timeline while the original three X-Men movies along with X-Men Origins and The Wolverine these all took place in the original timeline. Original Timeline (Earth-10005) X-Men: Origins - 1980s X-Men - 2000 X2 - 2003 X-Men: The Last Stand - 2006 The Wolverine - 2013 Days of Future Past - 2023 New Timeline (Earth-TRN41) X-Men: First Class - 1960s X-Men: Days of Future Past - 1970s X-Men: Apocalypse - 1980s X-Men: Dark Phoenix- 1990s Deadpool- 2016 Deadpool 2 - 2018 X-Men: Days of Future Past - 2023 New Future Logan - 2029 Deadpool originally appeared in X-Men origins with a completely different origins one that everyone hated. But because Days of Future past gave birth to a new Timeline they were able to reintroduce him again with a much closer origin story to the comics. There’s also a massive time gap between Dark Phoenix and Deadpool 1 as we have zero info on what the 2000s were like in this new timeline. X-Men 1 could’ve happened in a similar way same goes with elements of X2 but X3: Last Stand would’ve never took place in this new Timeline. Same goes for X-Men Origins and maybe The Wolverine. Something that kind of connects to the MCU or at least the greater Marvel univ is the end battle scene. This takes place in front and on top of decommissioned helicarrier the same types of ships used by S.H.I.E.L.D first introduced to you in the first Avengers movie. It was originally designed by Jack Kirby for the Nick Fury, Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. serial in Strange Tales #135 (August 1965). The Director for Deadpool has confirmed that it's not a S.H.I.E.L.D Helicarrier stating: "No, it's clearly not the Helicarrier. I just want to say for the record, there's a lot of groups in the Marvel universe who use flying combat platforms. It's not just the Helicarrier. A.I.M. (Advanced Idea Mechanics) has some. It could have been anything but a S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier. Because that would be outside of the purview of the Fox/Marvel arrangement." Throughout this the director had a little smile on his face. i personally think it's just a fun little nod or hint at groups like this existing in the Fox X-Men universe even though they can't mention S.H.I.E.L.D or A.I.M for legal reasons. Also the solider known as Bob who Deadpool recognises in this finial battle is actually from the comics. He first appeared in Cable & Deadpool #38 (May 2007) and went by Bob, Agent of Hydra. He’s usually an antihero and a sidekick of Deadpool. He was a former member of Hydra but defected to help Wade Wilson, keeping his Hydra uniform which is where his name comes from. Of course be sure of legal reasons Bob couldn’t be apart of Hydra in this film so they threw him in with the Bad guys of this film.
@@jspettifer True but both Deadpool 1 and Deadpool 2 have zero connection to the MCU as they exist within a different universe that hasn't been shown in the MCU.
I think it's also worth mentioning that the Earth-616 of the MCU is not the same as Earth-616 in the comic books. The MCU used to be officially known as Earth-199999.
Has anyone noticed the the aircraft carrier tipping over is the Flying Carrier from the Avengers. You can see the huge fan ducts in some of the shots along with the low profile bridge.
In 2016, I wasn't able to the movie because I was only 12 years old and now I that I'm 17 years old, I watched the movie and I had fun enjoying Ryan Reynolds as Wade Wilson aka Deadpool kicking ass with powers like Hugh Jackman's Wolverine in his own unique way, Awesome reaction.
New subscriber here! Not watched most of the series you do but will definitely tune in for films and series I do enjoy. You have such a great energy and sense of humour.
I ain't a speed watcher so idk yet if you noticed but when Deadpool was interrogating and slaughtering his way through all those criminals, the reason why no one could tell him where Francis is is because they didn't know THAT was his real name, they only knew him as Ajax. If Deadpool had started much earlier on saying "where's your boss" or "where's Ajax" he probably would've gotten an answer right there and then.
Loved this video, I loved the fourth wall breaks and so on. Looking forward to your future reactions, wether it's maybe horror movies, hero movies (love those) hopefully Dexter in the future 🤞 and all I have to say is looking forward to your future videos.
I was impressed at how many of the jokes you got including the Ferris Bueller ending. Most reactors don't get many of the jokes and I think only one other got the ending. It's like so many at most watch some Star Wars movies and think they are ready for Spaceballs and miss so many jokes.

Anyways, I loved the reaction, just like love the movie to this day!
30:26 Gotta love how he dotted the "i."
31:12 The speed of his healing power depends upon the needs of the script.
That's just lazy writing
Can't wait to see the reaction to the sequel!
thankyou someone noticed
I'm glad that you're not grossed out by sex jokes or anything like that. You EMBRACE them!! Everyone should grow a pair and embrace sex jokes, nudity and all the 'gross' stuff in movies.
You singing along with Shoop was something I didn't know I needed until now!
you're going to love the second deadpool even more. Can't wait for your reaction on that one
This is absolutely incredible. Please never change, you incredible goofball xD
🥹☺️
Great reaction. And I am subscribed! Finally a genuine reaction channel I came across!
Pulls out the big ring "Wait where was it though....where where where was it"😂😂🤣🤣
The reactions that just keep on giving! Love it🙂👍❤
Oh and you Rap good too👍
Ryan Reynolds was born to play Deadpool. Amazing franchise. Can't wait for DP3.
That would actually be one of the most seamless and in- character ways to do it
You have a great sense of humor. Love your reactions
That means the world to me! Thank you!
Same. She seems to have a sick, crazy sense of humor with a smerk.
@@tehdipstick Thanks for clarifying. Knew it was something like that.
Not sure if you'd watched Firefly by this point, but I half expected an "I'll be in my bunk" LOL!
Fantastic reaction as always. I can't wait to see you watch the sequel!
Wonderful reaction, can’t wait for your Deadpool 2 reaction
@@funnylilgalreacts thank you so much. ALL. HAIL. CHEEZ-IT. CAM.
My editor is so happy right now 😂😂
@@funnylilgalreacts Good. =]
"Haven't reacted to 'Deadpool?' WHAT THE SH!T!?! THAT'S the coolest thing EVER!!!"
“God I miss cocaine.”🤣🤣🤣
I love Blind Al so much!!!
We all need someone like "Blind Al" in our lives. Grew up watching Leslie Uggams during the 1970's.
You enjoyed this movie as it should be enjoyed!
Your giggles brought a smile to my face.
Great reaction. Deadpool was hilarious. I like to too when a movie makes fun of itself. 😂
"Who's balls did I have to fondle to get a movie. I'll give you s hint. It rhymes with Pulverene." 🤣
CHIMICHANGAS!
The small hand scene reminds me of scary movie 2 🤣
And your appreciation of the humor of this flick increases your cool points.
“I might too” is outta pocket 🤣🤣🤣
First reaction video of yours I've seen and you have absolutely captured me with your sense of humor and great laugh. New subscriber.
Deadpool's regeneration depends on the injury,if it's something that would kill him instantly it saves him immediately,so basically he's immortal
I took sip of beer every time you said Ryan Reynolds is hot... and now I am drunk and agree with you even more!
Thank you! Movie is funny and so are you. Looking forward to enjoy more of your reactions.
Early notification squad reporting in ✨ and YES. Hell yes. Deadpool is one of my fave marvel heroes.
My favorite part of Deadpool? The suit with the expressive eyebrows.
Just found your channel, and I appreciate your sense of humour. Great reaction. New sub.
Definitely watch Logan before Deadpool 2, if you haven't seen it before.
Glad you did this with us. Great reaction!
“I might too”
RUclips algorithm, you're garbage. There is NO REASON not to recommend this gem of a channel when I follow like ALL the react channels.
RIGHT she quickly became one of my favorites
She’s been one of my favorites for almost a year
@@javinrichardson
Same! ... For *over* a year in Spacetime.
*This* is what made me subscribe.
Now she's doing FMAB and Farscape.
Doing some space shit, that I can't escape.
Yes. That was Lt Uhura. Nichelle Nichols. She past away just this past week. RIP
Girl you have a real sick sense of humor, I love it
As always, I love your reactions, you have the exact same humor as me (don't know if that's a good or a bad thing 😉) and YES, he did jerk of a unicorn 😂😂
Keep doing what you're doing, because you are doing it great, and I love it 🤩
This video is officially you SIMPING for Ryan Reynolds the entire movie 😂 and I would too but this movie is terrifyingly funny and very watchable 😌, anyways enjoyed all your laughters and reactions 🥰
Ryan Reynolds is a perfect human. I love that both men and women acknowledge they would do anything for that man LOL
@funnylilgalreacts just remember, deadpool is ribbed for her pleasure!
Original Timeline (Earth-10005)
X-Men: Origins - 1980s
X-Men - 2000
X2 - 2003
X-Men: The Last Stand - 2006
The Wolverine - 2013
Days of Future Past - 2023
New Timeline (Earth-TRN41)
X-Men: First Class - 1960s
X-Men: Days of Future Past - 1970s
X-Men: Apocalypse - 1980s
X-Men: Dark Phoenix- 1990s
Deadpool- 2016
Deadpool 2 - 2018
X-Men: Days of Future Past - 2023 New Future
Logan - 2029
Deadpool originally appeared in X-Men origins with a completely different origins one that everyone hated.
The Director for Deadpool has confirmed that it's not a S.H.I.E.L.D Helicarrier stating:
"No, it's clearly not the Helicarrier.
Deadpool 3 will be part of the MCU though
@@jspettifer True but both Deadpool 1 and Deadpool 2 have zero connection to the MCU as they exist within a different universe that hasn't been shown in the MCU.
I think it's also worth mentioning that the Earth-616 of the MCU is not the same as Earth-616 in the comic books. The MCU used to be officially known as Earth-199999.
@@jspettifer yep
Has anyone noticed the the aircraft carrier tipping over is the Flying Carrier from the Avengers. You can see the huge fan ducts in some of the shots along with the low profile bridge.
Loved this, nice to see you laugh your way through this, as you should. :)
'I'm not upset about it though....' see 'I'm so proud of you'
Fact 1: Deadpool 3 will be ACTUAL MCU MOVIE
Fact 2: 4th wall break is actually deadpool's power.
6:37 "This is what I remember..." Yeah, from 5 minutes ago during the credits 😂😂😂🤣 love you darlin'.
Love this reaction! Super entertaining! ❤❤❤
Been waiting for this react...*fills bowl with popcorn and hits play*

Not watched most of the series you do but will definitely tune in for films and series I do enjoy. You have such a great energy and sense of humour.
Loved the reaction as always!!
Awesome reaction, as always. Thanks flg.
They should add to the credits "Reacted to by another Hot Chic."!
I absolutely loved your reaction to this awesome movie! You now have a new subscriber!
22:55 your face was like😏
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
"That guy was already up there when I got here" isn't exactly a lie.
A man enjoyed your reaction to this amazing movie very much 😂 you are a person with *alot* personality!
So glad to see this, and happy you enjoyed it.
