Ya built a nice ride in a small amount of time. Hope whoever gets it will refine it to it's true potential. Big block chevys were after all the first haul ass no boost no power adder motors. Thanks for sharing brother.
Check the o-rings around the body of the needle and seats. They could be causing the fuel issue out of the boosters. I just recently chased the same issue for a week on my car.
Thats what im talking about nice don't stop the magic big motivation for me man thanks I needed this motivation 💪 i have to many projects myself so i know the feeling of that first drive 😂😂😂 thing looks great 👍
Huge win shit you gotta start somewheres ... I don't care who you are never does everything go perfect . Not in mine or anyone's world I know . So good job bro
1. Holley needle/seat can’t control fuel pressure above 7.5-8.0# ++ that’s why they recommend 7.0# Max 2. Fuel dripping from the boosters is normally from the fuel level being to high. 3. Regulator required
Fuel pressure was 6-6.5 I believe Tried it even as low as 4 and it didn't change. Set the float level in the middle of the sight glass. Didn't change. Tried lowering the floats to the bottom of the sight just for testing, still leaked. It does have a regulator on it. Cleaned the needle and seat. No junk on them and they're not beat up or damaged. Could be the o ring on it, didn't think to check that at the time. Could be air bleed related, not sure. Have to investigate some more
If you payed a little more attention to things like checking vacuum the engine makes and changing the power valve accordingly. Actually set timing. It would probably run decent. Throwing together something and skipping things like that i don’t understand. Cool build though man.
Awesome project. Something is definitely off in the valvetrain or firing order though. Exhaust sounds flat and monotoned. Hopefully the camshaft is okay. Hopefully the rockers being loose in the previous video isn’t an indicator of that.
Plugs wires have a 90 end that keeps popping off the plug. Changed the wires today and like 4 of the wires were just sitting at the end of the plug instead of snapped on
It's a nice car you'll get it run right Get a good car raider on it and timing set right on it it'll run real good it always does yours make them run good
I didn't remove anything lol I got the car as a roller for $700 and it was already set up for a SBC. So I just tossed a big block out of a motorhome I got for free in it. Win-win lol
Can I ask you a sincere question? You see that both the thumbnail of the video and the title clearly say big block chevy. So if you don't like those, I don't understand why you clicked om the video? I'm not complaining, the views and comments help me, but I just don't understand subjecting yourself to stuff you hate lol

Papatrons garage hasn't been that smoky since 86 ....😉

Too bad the microphone couldn't handle the revving, that was pretty sweet 😁😁😁
Please finish the fiero, it's what brought me to the channel!
Damn that 454 sounds awesome, Josh!

I’ve had an 85 Fox body with a 540 big block Chevy. Sitting in my barn for 3 years and has never been driven.
What state are you in let’s get it rolling and on the track

This is a special channel keep creating
Finally all caught up on this one, I binge-watched tonight. Hopefully you get it all sorted out and get to make some rips in "Mexico" before it sells.
Awesome job brotha!!!
This is a really sweet build. Sounds like it has a dead cylinder but other than that,it will be awesome going down the road.
I enjoy your videos nice work sounds great 👍
Sounds like the big block is sound, so looks like justinor yeeeking snd finishing it! Should scream when done!
Quick fuel is a good carb only if it's tuned properly...😂😂 bb sounds good
Lol what, you mean mystery carbs that have been sitting around aren't good?
@@SniderTron3000 your right they are complete junk..
well , winnebago never planned for this so overall , pretty good !

Can't tell things aren't right until you test them
Love the sound of big blocks! Can’t wait to see it doing burnouts!
Well pretty cool for what it is and built with left over parts
Whooooo!! With that pootystang on the Street ain't no lady going to have a dry seat!!

Nice job man I dig this build one day I will find a good fox body throw a coyote in it and call it done nothing crazy at all
Barkin so loud she broke the mic💪

Is the intake injector bungs blocked. I always set idle on the back throttle blades. Did you weld the pickup tube
I believe my first comment covered that. 😂😂😂
Not bad Not bad. Just needs some tweaks
It's Aliiive 👍💯☮️☮️
Thing has a dead hole, can hear it clear as day even through video.
My first thought exactly, paired with all the rockers being loose.
That’s what I thought to definitely don’t sound healthy
Cjeck your plug wires, sounds like you got a couple crossed.
Odds are they popped off. I need to cjange the ends from 90's to either straight or 45. But I'll double check
Give me a ws6 and a notch back fox 5.0 and a gmt 800 tahoe and a gmt 800 2500 crew cab and I'm golden ,,, well I'm half way there ...
What headers did you use?
You removed FOMOCO and replaced with an anchor, lol. Sounds like an old logging truck... Still a great video!
I didn't remove anything lol I got the car as a roller for $700 and it was already set up for a SBC. So I just tossed a big block out of a motorhome I got for free in it. Win-win lol
Sounds like not running on all cylinders?? Got a dead hole......
Why the hell did I not get a notification from @youtube
Maybe it’s just the sound but seems to me it may be wiping a lobe
Definitely don’t sound to healthy
Why does that car look very familiar. Could someone tell me where that mustang has been in the last 5 years
Its been in a barn in Detroit for the last 8-9 years
What size fuel cell is that?
I think like a 10 or 12 gallon
Would have traded the boat anchor for a Ford engine

Little more tweaking all would be good..that's the car guy life. fix it fix it and fix it again.drive for a bit and fix again.
kinda sounds like its got some plug wires crossed
What are u going to be asking for the car bro ???
I'll probably post it for like $5k
Hy brother

I'm late to a upload

Talk to text don't never say what I want to say
Why do people put crappy shitrolet engines in Ford body's it would be faster with a Ford Big block
I got the car for $700 as a roller and the 454 was free 🤷
@SniderTron3000 well can't beat that then lol I was gonna say what a way to ruin a foxbody. Hard to beat a free engine lol
460 is better 😂
Not better than free
Keep mustang sell fiero lol
W
Lol I might sell them both, who knows
