Had a brand new regulator just like that did same thing. I always get 180 out to even with the thumb over spark plug .
What motor mounts did u use?
We got rained out at Lake Cumberland Dragway here in Kentucky. Main event for tomorrow looks good. Working the merch tent for Street Racing Channel. Mrs.Vicki is Awesome. Nah, the plan is to get the Mustang buttoned up, then finish the Skylark real quick and then move back to the Fiero. I just got burnt out on the Fiero and lost interest but I 100% want to get everything done before I move onto the 55 cause that'll be a big project

Yeah, even with the taller valve covers it cleared pretty good

Motor mounts are some diy ones, k member I have no idea what it is. Possible an old BMR?
What cam and lifters are in it?
Its a summit 1797 cam with their lifters
