The tactics you implemented to keep your combo alive like keeping items on the floor, and destroying items just off screen was nothing short of planned and big brained.

@@jackeyniraula Y. You need 2 be in the zone 4 that. Problem is once you get hit the run is basically ruined. I gave up on Stage 9. Once or twice got to Max and got suprised by a swing attack. " knucklebomb" thing. But that's was back when I thought specials were lame. Now I know you need them 4 more points. So I refuse to use lame alt. moves now. XD
I am in a love-hate relationship with the slippery floor at the beginning of this stage.

@@aaronlaluzerne6639 longer stages and different ways to kill enemies make it possible to reach 1k hits, i've done it aswell on my stage 2 full combo 😁

Well it is called “mania” difficulty.... incredible gameplay. I can barely beat the game on Mania, I couldn’t dream of getting an S rank on any level.
@@trevorcantrell1646 Cool, yeah I am aware of the difficulty. i myself have beaten the game on mania multiple times with S rank on all levels, but to hold a combo throughout the infamous Y tower all the way to the end of it with a perfect is just incredible, I can't do it. He has mad skills indeed! 😅

This game is awesome. I remember playing the original 3 games on Genesis in the 1990s. 1990s was the best era for beat em up games. Streets of Rage and Final Fight were the top ones at the time. But there were dozens of many other games at the time. They ought to bring them back the way it's been done with Streets of Rage.
