Did you try to open messeger if its quick to open? I have my Samsung A13. When I open messenger it takes 10 seconds to popup. Try to open to your A13. You have to close all apps including messenger if its already open to see the difference. New subs here

I have the same phone and finally went to moto g power..A13 has to many flaws that don't resolve..if you still can return the phone trade it for a different phone. I have had Samsung in the past but the limitations and glitches on A13 make it a fail..I only use budget phones so I'm not a phone snob you can do better than A13
