When I press it under the app open, the settings just appear for a short while and than the screen turns back to the app. Could you offer any advice on what might cause the problem. Thanks again.

My A13 ,that I just got on Black Friday as a second phone , sort of a back up phone . I said I’ll give it a go ,for $130 AUD roughly $90 U.S came with a charger and the cable. And so far so good.
I also recently got this as a back up , we are iOS and Apple eco system but I’m liking this phone .

Hi, is there anyway to turn on/off the video call effects on samsung a13? Whenever i do a video call on FB messenger, my voice is clear to the other party but kids speaking or talking in bavkground cannot be heard by the receivers. I know this can be turned on and off by video call effects but i cannot find it on my a13. Can you please help?
