Hi Kevin. The sound on my A13 4g goes mute during a phone call. This happens when on speaker and also when I have the phone to my ear. I have checked to see if I have mistakenly pushed the mute button but it wasn't that. I can hear the person I am/was talking to but they can't hear me. It is an intermittent problem and I was just about to go back to the store to ask them when I saw your video. After watching your video, I thought it might be some fancy facility that I was activating out if my own ignirance. Do you have any suggestions?
I did that several times. I took it back to the place I bought it and they in turn sent it to the Samsung technicians who sent it back after a week or so reporting that they couldn't reproduce the fault but they have reset the phone. It failed again a couple of days later. I decided I couldn't wait around for yet another week and bought a second A13. Luckily it's a fairly cheap phone. So far it hasn't failed. I had loaded a nifty lock screen on the first A13. I haven't loaded that lock screen just in case that is the problem.

Hi, I have a question. When I go into Settings and apps, I see apps that are in my phone. However, I can't seem to get the ones I want onto my Home screen, or into the app tray. Got any suggestions?
Thank you very much. Some how I had changed the button that slide button fingers sensor gesters turned on and my shade kept popping up every 30 seconds or so. I was getting pissed. I Like The Gestures Alot better then the old buttons It's Way More Better to use I Even Like Apples Gestures instead of the Home Button Finger Print I don't Mind The Buttons or the Home Button but if my device features the Gestures Then I'm Gonna Use The Gestures
Just got mine yesterday and works great & looks great! The 5g version of this phone's resolution is only 720 and the 4G has 1080. I don't know why they do that.. makes no sense.

Why is your A13 LTE pretty smooth? Mine is brand-new, only a few days old but is kinda laggy even when just typing. Is there something I can do to speed this up?
go to the settings, look for the storage battery ram settings and then click. in this screen you'll see your ram usage and if you click on it you should be able to clear up apps that are running in your background and slowing your device down
May I ask I followed all your tutorials and I have found new techniques and easy way about the features of Samsung A13 but I tried to open an app using the buttom that you're doing but it wasn't working in my phone and I tried to do it again but it's just power off I can't do it on my phone
Did you try to open messeger if its quick to open? I have my Samsung A13. When I open messenger it takes 10 seconds to popup. Try to open to your A13. You have to close all apps including messenger if its already open to see the difference. New subs here

For sure it will, all samsung galaxy phones that came out in 2021 or 2022 will get Android 12, sadly my a51 will not get Android 12 and it will be stuck on Android 11.

The new phone has failed as well. Only once so far so maybe I should be thankful for that. Samsung needs to get this sorted!

Developer options window/screen animation set to 0 that will make it seem faster
