yeah um she decided to marry the sick dude she could have just been his friend and helped out with his sickness and family and the fact that she did not call him instead she sent him a letter. She chose to leave so don't blame him for not staying with her. She had a choice and I hope the same happens to you and then decide who is in the wrong.

I knew her for sixteen years of my life. This scene right here was almost how it played out, except the saying was "I'll see you later." I said "Goodbye, Courtney." When he said "goodbye Savannah" I just broke down. But she's gone, and it's as simple as that. Life doesn't have happy ever afters all the time.

Amanda is really good at summoning tears, like Sophia Bush on One Tree Hill. And she looked so petite, forlorn and vulnerable when he walked away, probably in part due to Tatum being so big.
Savanah was definitely trying to make a move before this scene (wandering around topless), but she was still another man’s wife at this point. Leaving was the right call.
When she processes his final words, I can picture Nelson Munz (The Simpson's) shouting "Ha Ha!" on behalf of every guy who felt betrayed by an ex. Probably a lot of MGTOW guys giving a standing ovation, however justly. It's a stretch for her to expect him to plug himself back into her life after he shows up at her house. Her husband isn't even dead yet. Now she's being unfaithful in the other direction (LOL!)
