Dear Light Fire’s,
Worshipful Communion!
Communion is sharing intimate thoughts and feelings on a spiritual level.
We do this by the sharing of a meal. A popular meal is the communion itself, where we share bread and wine in remembrance of Jesus who died and rose again.
Another form of communion is Worship. In worship, we create an atmosphere of complete surrender. It’s a moment where we allow ourselves to be full of adoration that our world completely disappears, and God appears.
It’s just like when you fall in love. Have you ever been so in love that when you see or hug that person, it seems like nothing else exists around you?
Worship can lead you into such an atmosphere where you fall in love with God, perhaps for the first time. It’s not about having a nice voice, but about meeting the One you love the most. One simple song can bring you to the highest dimensions, where the world stops existing, and heaven appears. But, to reach this level of worship, we must first be in an intimate relationship with the Father. We can know the lyrics of the song, but without a relationship with the Father, it’s just karaoke.
Before we start our day, let us close the door of our room and be in complete worship-not the worship that we perform for a church congregation, but for God alone. For our Maker, Helper, Provider, Strength, and Keeper. Tell Him how wonderful He is, how great He is, and that no matter what happens in life, the world will not silence you from worshipping Him.
Baba, You are great, You are wonderful. Worthy is Your name, Jehovah Rapha, Jehovah Chivomelezi, my El Sali. You reign over this earth and over our lives and for that I exalt you. May I never forget your works. I am blessed to be your beloved child. In Jesus Name Amen
