Would be great if you could answer some of the questions asked, such as what fabric, needle, thread, zip did you use.
Thanks in advance for spending the time to answer

Thanks for the video, you make. this job look very simple. I am using the singer 4423 as well. Which needle are using? Would you list the tools and materials you are using in the video? That will help a lot the work g class boat community. God bless you!

to much music and not enough explaining. what are you using for materials, what equipment are you using to sew it up? Has anyone found a video of sewing canvas for a small boat where they actually explain what they are doing and why along with the materials and equipment used? I meed to make a bimini top and a canvas cover for the bow seats of my stingray bow rider.

    Hello
Did you already have experience on making boat covers? And what machine do you use?
I’m hoping to learn how to make these and need some advise.
    Thanks great job

Hi, I had absolutely no experience of this kind of work before I started. :-) I use the Singer Heavy Duty 4423. The only problem was that I ran out of thread in that small under thread kind of thing that you need to spool up all the time. I ran out of thread a couple of times and had to re-do the seam. So a machine with separate spool for the under thread would have been easier.

Great job! What fabric did you use and how will you repair the damaged parts of your canvas? Did you use a heat cutting tool for the fabric?
Amazing job and thanks for posting

Hi, I used fabric from Sunbrella. I did not use a hot knife, only scissors. And it has only been problem with the fabric when it is cut exactly along its woven threads. :-)

Great video! Thanks for posting. Can you tell me what model is the sewing machine, and did it do a good job?

Hi, thank you for watching. I have a Singer Heavy duty 4423. It does the job but it would have been alot easier with a machine that has its own thread roll instead of having to spool up the small ones. I ran out of that thread many times and needed to start over the seam.

Vad har du kört med får tråd när du kämpat på med kapellet? Jag ska precis köra igång ett liknande projekt med en Singer HD / Andreas

Have you looked at making a sunpad for the space on the bow?

Hi, I actually have the original one made of vinyl that I would like to replace. A future video maybe.
