Your video style of clear focusing on the target with labeling by bullet is excellent, truly helpful to see a wide variety of shots side by side. Great audio as well...Sure shows each rifle has a personality. I'll know more of what to expect now as I get into my first build. Thank you...do more!
Thanks for doing this work. So I dontvhave to. BTW, i saw an interview with an Ex-Delta Force Operator ( lived Black Hawk Down), he said the case is closed on 77g BH Ammo. Not sure what bullet type byt he said it is the ammo of choice.
@@213chewy Extremely accurate. Still shoots just as good as day one really have not had any catastrophic malfunctions of any kind. Every once while I get a funky factory round. But we’re batting 1000% and still extremely accurate from handloads. This thing shoots flat as a lazer!!!
I picked mine up in 2015 for 99$. Love the barrel. 60 to 69 grain is the sweet spot for my barrel. Got the 24 inch grendel barrel too for 150$ awesome barrel and shoots 1/4 inch groups with factory loads.
Considering the wind factor in your first trials, I am amazed at the tight grouping of all your shots except the 4" group...lol Thanks for sharing, I was fascinated with your rifle's performance.
Lol, very true in regards to the 4” group! Cheap ammo behaving like cheap ammo!!! I appreciate the compliment! Make sure to subscribe for our upcoming videos!!! We have some great videos and reviews coming very soon!
I just purchased the 18 inch Barrel with the complete upper with Tax and Shipping it was $400, I bought it to put on my AR Pistol JUST incase the atf “Final Rule” on braces does not get struck down. If the Rule gets struck down as Un-Constitutional as expected, I will Probably put it on my M&P 15 Sport as it does not have the dust cover plus the extra 2 inches of barrel …
Save your money next time and buy the AR Stoner rebranded barrel direct from bear creek aresenal. Ive had ALOT of issues with Midway USA. Made the same mistake years ago and paid a $150 more the exact same upper. To bad BCA went away with their MOA guarantee. Won't buy anything anymore from them because of it. I sent back an upper to them that averaged 1.5 moa. It didn't pass MOA testing on their end either. They told me their tooling was worn out and my barrel was extremely ruff inside. After a 6 month waiting period they found the same caliber and upper on their shelf that had been there the whole time. I received a replacement upper back. I was told it didn't shoot moa either per their testing but was the last one they had left. I tested the new upper shooting 15 out of 16 ladder tests under MOA with the best two loads at .3". My POF will shoot .3's at 200 yards with a 15 mph plus wind with 60 grain vmaxs... but would expect that fpr $2300! I'm sure you just had a better day at the range with the tighter group.
I bought and AR Stoner complete upper for $229. This model has the 16" barrel without the front sight post, unlined barrel with a 1:8 twist. I put it on top of a PSA complete lower that was blemished for $119 and to top it off a Vortex 1-8x24 LPVO the drive out was $647 that's without tax/shipping, Its very accurate. Its just as accurate with .223/5.56 as it is with the CMMG .22LR conversion kit. I was at the range all morning an never got tired of ringing steel plates at 100 yards.

I have the 1/8 6x45 barrel from ar stoner and it's a sun shooter of everything its a coyote nightmare
Haha now that’s what we like to hear!
@@ONeillOutdoors it like having a 243 win in a AR-15 great for hunting try 50 vmax and you will love the performance out of your barrel
I'm a fan of the AR Stoner products. I own 3 16" 223 wylde barrels and all shoot under an inch with garbage and match ammo. Hard to beat.
Very true!
How is the upper receiver holding up? Thinking of buying a stripped upper

@@ONeillOutdoors thanks, gonna build me an upper and don’t feel like spending crazy money on an upper that’s made out of the same material 👍🏼

Great video man
Thanks Daniel!
Just ordered the same barrel in mid weight .I'm sure I can get some good groups hand loading . Nice shooting
I didn't catch how many yards that was
All these shots were taken at a distance of 100 yards.
Bought one today for $154.95 on sale.
