I feel like since Jay has been behaving like Voight's puppy for the past 2 episdoes, it could be related to Voight as well. He might do something horrible for Voight and realise later that it's not him. His conscuous might not let him take it and he goes and confess it to the chief. Poor Hailey saw it all coming and was warning Jay but now she would be the one to suffer.😞😞
