Yeah, humor is very important, it's at the core of everything we do. We don't take life too seriously. It helps us go forward. We took Josh's advice, trying our best to evolve.
Turned out really neat. Great job adding the second light to the bottom; you hardly notice the slim profile from the front, yet it brings out the underwater part beautifully - not to mention that no plant would survive without it. Well maybe the anubias. ;) You guys have excellent synergy and I like the way your ideas complete each other. This leads to some really interesting solutions.
Yeah, we had to do something about that light... Glad you like the end result, stay tuned for an even better Paludarium we will build in the next two episodes!
Really great inspiration! I'm thinking of creating a living wall or a Paludaruim for about 6 month now... but I have to wait until the reconstruction of my roof is finished so I have more "emp-tea" space I can fill with tanks or a Paludarium ;)

Yes, having the cable go up is a good way to preserve warranty. I did not understand why Tommy said don't do this and than he does it. :) Tommy's ways.... ...
Balazs what I like about you is that you are a perfectionist but I feel for Tommy lol. Im not so much into paludariums/vivariums and the likes but I gotta say, it looks damn cool!
Yes Shawn I know what you mean, I like Tommy too. We really like to push the limits and we built another Paludarium in the 90cm cube - you'll see the video on the coming weeks, hopefully that will change your view on these.
Green Aqua for president! (Na tessék! Itt egy elcsépelt angol frázis a végére, amit szerintem csak szintén mi értünk, ebben a kontextusban) :))
Haha, köszi a hozzászólást. Tomi nyilván jobban bánik a szilikonragasztóval, annál is inkább, mert én soha nem használok olyat. :D Én egyébként sem nagyon szeretek barkácsolni, inkább az akvarisztika művészeti oldala érdekel, semmint a technikai oldala.
Bearanyoztad a napom...!

If you use egg crate to form a barrier structure around the submersible pump you can get a better barrier seal with the foam for filtration/pump protection. The egg crate can also be used to support hardscape. Or use a thinner mesh and plant mosses on to it to totally hide the submersible pump. Just an idea to help hide a less than pretty piece of technology. Hope you do an update in a few weeks to show how well the moss wall has grown in, should look good.
