Loved the video! Can't wait to see the rest of it. Yeah, it's very similar to Switzerland (except for vehicles invading your side of the road lol). Keep it uppp
My guess to the geology question is the limestone sediments were deposited in a shallow sea that covered Southeast Asia probably 100s of millions of years ago. They were buried and eventually turned into stone. When India smacked into Asia it would have uplifted all the limestone and erosion has now shaped the landscape (yes I'm a geologist, no I haven't done research on it, this is only my guess).
Did you do the loop on a tour or by yourselves? I’ve heard people say that there’s police check points getting onto the loop fining foreigners. Any info on that?
Amazing start to the Ha Giang Loop. Beautiful views and a really cool cave at the end (I love caves...you should do caving while you're there). I love the hostel/hotel owner at the end.
Do you know what keeps Vietnam a third world slum for generations? Garbage and scammers are what make Vietnam a third world slum for generations to come.
So if u don’t know how the mountains were made, it got pressure under the earth and earthquake pushed up the the surface high and then after hundred thousand of years, it got rotten and shaped into triangle (typical shape of mountain we usually see today)
@@RyanLeeBanks the land we are standing and living in right now, of course, was made by an earthquake too (pushed the surface above the water) and also a volcano (help formed the land - like an island for example). The planet back then was full of water tho. The difference is some are lower and some are higher. Most of the lower ground in Vietnam is usually the delta created by rivers bringing dirt and forming deltas and high hills.
The views.. Just Wow!!!
Right 😍😍
I did two months on an XR 150 in Vietnam , totalled 7100 km , it was an awesome trip , and made a view videos here .
Definitely something I’d love to do someday!
OMG I'm Vietnamese and I'm glad you came to our country
One day I would like to come back ☺️
@@RyanLeeBanks I hope you will come back to Quan Ba

@@RyanLeeBanks Vietnamese drivers are world champions . No one can beat them . Ha Ha

Mind blowing 🤯
The guy at the home stay is a character 😂
Haha he was amazing honestly, so glad to have found that place so randomly 😂

Thanks for the info! I’m sure it’s something like this too 😁 it’s just so unique and fascinating!
🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️
"This is beautiful!", Ryan Lee Banks, 2023
Did I say that in this video?
@@RyanLeeBanks no I honestly don't think so

Also what month did you do it?
We did and I didn’t see any police checks at all, a lot of people ride independently from tours! I did this in December
Did you have to put down a deposit for the bike?
Dude I'm still coughing from all the debris in the air from my ride in Vietnam.
Really? Up in Ha Giang the air was nice and clean 😂
Amazing start to the Ha Giang Loop. Beautiful views and a really cool cave at the end (I love caves...you should do caving while you're there). I love the hostel/hotel owner at the end.
I would love to go back to the Ha Giang loop 😍

Ahh well that’s cool to know! It looks like they just popped out of the ground randomly 🤣
