The biggest caves in vietnam is son doong , not Phong Nha 😂 but Phong Nha-Ke Bang also boasts dozens of mountain peaks of over 1,000 metres still unexplored by men and seen as ideal sites for activities like climbing and exploration. Worthy of note are Peak Co Rilata with the height of 1,128 m and Peak Co Preu, 1,213 m. Lying between these peaks are valleys which promise tourists exciting eco-tours.
This is great video i really enjoyed it ❤️

Good luck trying to see Son Doong. I just looked at going there a few weeks ago for my trip in Sept 2024, only to find out it was fully booked out for 2024 and for 2025 and they are now taking bookings for 2026! And it costs $3K per person. I know its a world gem and should be protected etc etc, but its now become an exclusive destination for the wealthy. Maybe I might go when I retire.....

Wow Paddy - this cave adventure brought back memories from my adventure in the famous Cu Chi Tunnels, which are outside of Saigon. They were made for the war and consequently were constructed for a typical Vietnamese body type. I am a slightly overweight guy from the USA and I got wedged and stuck in part of the tunnels. I had to crawl like a snake on all fours. Being wedged for so long, when I finally got out to one of the bunker areas within the tunnel system, I fainted and fell down when it was ok to stand up wothin the bunker. It was so hot and sweaty and the tunnel space was so tight, and me being overweight, just took its toll on my body. The guides were great - they gave me some juice and sat me upright. For the remainder of the tunnel system I waited outside.
So Paddy, do you know if you are going to visit the Cu Chi Tunnels ? If yes, it will be great for me to relive that experience through your Go-Pro video. After seeing what you just accomplished in these caves, I am quite sure that the Cu Chi Tunnels will be a breeze for you.

Pretty good insight into Tu Lan cave. Keep the videos coming and make them longer lol 😆! Thoroughly enjoyable!
Anyone going to Hoi An here are some recommendations:
Eats: 1. Red dragon restaurant on Cua daily you "Need" to try. Ridiculously good food at crazy low prices.
"Com Linh" restaurant on Phan Chu Trinh serves up the most Authentic vietnamese food at crazy prices. They are very popular for breakfast. The duck noodle is awesome but all the food is amazing. Must try!!!
Street Food : Hoi An is famous for Com Ga (garden chicken rice) & Cau Lao & Banh mi too. But for breakfast you will find "Mi Quang" very popular but "Mi Ga" is also amazing. All along Phan Boi Chau street or the road running parallel you can find delicious breakfast from 7am to 9am. Don't eat Pho in Da Nang or Hoi An. It's very different to Northern Hanoi Pho or Saigon Pho in the south.
    Hoi An places of Interest:
    1. An bang beach - "Soul Kitchen" for a beach hut vibe & a delicious cheeky beer all day long 😁!
    2. Just before An bang coming from the old town you will find "Tra Que" village. It's just an array of organic vegetables grown in the most amazing way. It's very impressive 👏!
    3. Heading out to Coconut forest there is a massive bridge that spans over the wetlands and has some amazing views of Hoi an & surrounding areas.
    4. A place called "Roving Chillhouse" is nestled out in the rice paddies. You can enjoy a simple coffee out there, crash out on their massive sofa chairs after breakfast or eat some delicious food in the most amazing environment.
    5. A simple bicycle ride out in the rice paddies is a pretty amazing feel around sunset. Just you & nature combining to watch the Sun dissappear together.
    6. If you have time would highly recommend a 1 night stay on Cham Island. It's quiet there but amazing views on the island.

I'd have to drop 25 kilos, uh, make that 28 kilos and work-out with a trainer for at least a year before I'd dare try this. It was something that I had been considering (visiting the largest cave) several years ago. Oh, and that squeeze clip . . . I'd get stuck and would have to stay there until I dropped enough weight to be pulled out by a team with a rope -- like a horse being rescued from a mud-hole. So, I thoroughly enjoyed watching this episode from the comfort of my vacation place with a beer on the table. I had to grin when you mentioned that everyone got beers at the end of the trek. That's a good way to hydrate, I hear -- At least that's what I heard from some Canadian hockey players. Cheers. Wonderful stuff. Thank you. Rock on, sir!
