Obi wan has an incredible defense and iq in battle and that got him the upper hand when fighting Anakin. Also Anakin lost for a reason, he didn't just lose by chance ("plot armor" of Obi Wan), he lost because of his arrogance and rage to Obi Wan, if Anakin was calmer he would have definitely won but he wasn't, let go of your hate against Obi Wan I don't even know how somebody could possibly hate Obi Wan, one of the most iconic Jedis of Star Wars. You better change the direction of that hate from Obi Wan to Rey and Kylo or some cause ain't no way

Kanobi is an underrated warrior. He beat grevious, anakin, maul, vader, but for some reason always got clapped by count dooku.

In all seriousness though, Dooku never had any excuses to lose to Obi-Wan. He had complete mastery over his mind, body & soul. There was no conflict, nor anything to exploit. He had more experience than Obi-Wan, was already in his prime, (some might say he was already passing it), and unlike with Anakin or Quinlan Vos, he did not underestimate Obi-Wan, as he was Qui-Gon's apprentice. Count Dooku was legit a Yoda/Sidious/Windu level threat. No obvious weaknesses besides his stamina issues & his selective arrogance. And like I said, the latter doesn't apply to Obi-Wan, and his stamina issues is only a factor against the truly powerful.
Obi-Wan only ever really beat Darth Vader & Maul. Vader was a shadow of his former self, and Maul is just consistently arrogant despite his peak only ever being on par with Rebels Ahsoka. With Grievous he got lucky, (always lost to him in TCW), and Anakin overestimated his own abilities & was clouded.
Obi-Wan's battle IQ is crazy high, but that only takes him so far against more talented & powerful opponents.
Because Dooku isn’t dumb enough to fall for Kenobi traps. That’s it.

A blind kanan was able to effortlessly man handle maul so I think it’s safe to say the TPM obi wan is not beating him maybe a ROTS obi wan and definitely old man obi wan
Every heard of Dave Filoni’s plot? Kanan is not powerful, and has had genuine trouble with inquisitors, when maul and kill 3-4 of them easily. Kanan didn’t manhandle him, it was just bad writing by Dave Filoni: “maul was overconfident”

He knows Kenobi's fighting style, and always counterattacks. However, Dooku still has a soft spot for Kenobi, since that's the only memory of Qui-Gon he has left.

Kanan & Kit Fisto at the very least require ROTS Obi-Wan. TCW Obi-Wan always got bodied by Grievous. Where's Kit Fisto actually did very well. He might actually be the first one to disarm Grievous within the canon timeline.

Don't underestimate Cal. His Powers have grown enormously in Jedi Survivor

@@theperson8487yeah no. S7 Ahsoka barely has any feats. She managed to outsmart and beat a Maul that was heavily holding back and the same Maul still disarmed her like 3 times that fight. That if anything is a debunk for her than anything else. She lost horribly to Ventress and needed Luminara's help to stalemate S1 Ventress. Grevious bodied her the 3 times they "fought"

Cal is TCW version but I’d say mid difficulty. Considering some of the people he’s fought including a Gen’dai and an exceptionally strong Jedi knight. Then also taking out the imperial base. His dark side powers adds difficulty to the situation but Obi Wan dealt with other dark side users without too much difficulty(maul only did because he goaded obi wan the first time)

People forget Anakin never reached his potential. Obi-Wan Kenobi was too smart to get beaten by Anakin. Plus Anakin never really wanted to fight Obi-Wan in the first place and Anakin never used the dark side on Obi-Wan,he wanted to beat him fighting using his Jedi skills and he lost badly twice. The Mustafar fight was bad,but Anakin got the shit beat out of him on that rock planet that Anakin followed him to in the Kenobi show.

As good a Kanan was, a great Jedi, we’re talking about Obi guys. One of the most powerful Jedis ever in Canon. He has so much more experience in dueling. He dueled Darth Maul, Dooku, Grievous, and he beat Anikan Skywalker. He beat Vader. He held his own against Vader when he was an old man as well.

Kanan performed against Vader literally on the same level as Kenobi performed against Dooku. He also outmaneuvered Rebels Maul who is above TPM Maul while at his weakest. Yes, only because Maul was arrogant, but still good feat. I think TCW Kenobi to be sure.

Cal Kestis would probably require a revenge of the sith obi wan especially because during Jedi survivor he’s able to balance between dark and light without giving in to either, Aloung with Kanan who debatably is stronger with the force especially around the time of his death even through he is not the best at dueling.
Nah, Cal struggled against Inquisitors while someone like Ahsoka no diffs them. Ahsoka is barely Maul level, and Obi-Wan one shotted/no diffed Maul. Kanan is definitely ROTS level at least though.
