Hai Sushma, you mentioned that incase we aren't using Meyer lemons, we need to increase the amount of sugar, does this rule apply for the eggless version also since we are adding condensed milk also to it. Thank you, your extensive description is spot on😊
Hi Cheruba.. the point is that if the lemons are sour you add a sweetening agent.. in the eggless version you are adding it at the end so you can add some more on tasting too if you prefer.. so do a taste test and add more if you find the curd to be really really sour.

Hi Amu the title is not deceiving at all.. it clearly says lemon curd 101 first stove top then instant pot and then eggless.. the title is not eggless lemon curd.. and like I always mention the videos that I share are more about techniques and methods rather than just the recipes which you can easily find anywhere in the internet world.. however once you understand the science behind baking you can easily create recipes by your own.. thank you for your suggestion though will keep that in mind for future videos :)

Thank you for your suggestion.. however wanted to clarify that my videos are more about learning the techniques and methods rather than just the recipe which you can easily find in the internet world these days.. however once u know the method and technique you can create your own recipe so that's what all my videos are about more detailed and precise.. however for next time I will keep your suggestion in mind..
