Dinner at 7pm Breakfast after 11 Am Empty stomach at 10am I drink soaked 8-10 resins + 2 figs water After 11 I eat those soaked resins+figs+ 1 walnut+ 6 almonds 1 spoon superspeed mix powder (flax seeds+ sesame seeds+ pumpkin seeds+ chia seeds+ sunflower seeds) with 1-2 spoon yogurt 4 boiled eggs (1 full+ 3 egg whites) After 2 hours black coffee Handful of Bhunnay black channy at 4 or 5pm if I feel hungry Dinner: whole wheat roti 75g/ Rice (10-12 tbs boiled + Chicken/beef/mutton/fish (sometimes any Salan made at home) + salad I do gym for 1-2 hours (cardio+ weight training) If u make it ur lifestyle u will never get sick, lazy or these things make u younger...it reverse ur aging I'm 30 but I look 20-21

My doctor pushed me from an year to start taking medication for triglycerides and cholesterol.I avoided, did my research , and from 3 months did what you almost explained. My research was based on US guy U tube. However, from going through your RUclips video , I would say that yours is almost the same. However, I would say red meat could be bad . White meat is safest. Vegetables good. Omega 3 stuff is good .walking is vital. Gur is fine. Carbs should be slashed to zero. Pulses, beans, are the best alternatives. I improved my triglycerides level in three months . However , my rule was to think twice about what I was eating before opening my mouth for good.

Best way to do intermittent fasting is doing 16:8. Means 16 hours fasting window and 8 hours eating window. So dinner at 7 pm and do breakfast at 11 am. If doing for weight loss, eliminate Roti, Rice and Sugar from your diet. You need to learn new recipes because almost all South Asian food recipes require wheat, rice and sugar to use.

Best way to do intermittent fasting is doing 16:8. Means 16 hours fasting window and 8 hours eating window. So dinner at 7 pm and do breakfast at 11 am. If doing for weight loss, eliminate Roti, Rice and Sugar from your diet. You need to learn new recipes because almost all South Asian food recipes require wheat, rice and sugar to use.
