Glad I ran into this video. My first car that I financed was a hellcat with no cosigner at all. Very lucky to get only an 8% interest rate for my first car purchase. Fixing to go refinance it to see if I can get my interest rate a little lower. Word of advice to people wanting a hellcat! 1. You will be paying alot so make sure you income is good. Im very fortuante to have a nice job in college while not living with my parents. 2. You will pay out of the wazoo for insurance if you go on your own. I just turned 23 and im paying a hefty tab for insurance with 0 tickets. 3. The car lives at a gas station, so gas will be an extra expense. 4. And tires on that car make me want to bash my head into a well. Maintaining a 700hp muscle car is not cheap so make sure you factor that in.
I found a RUclips video recently of a dude that was only like 20-21 years old, paying $1,200/mo on a wide body Scat Pack. And that was just his loan payment. So many younger people trying to get these cars by any means. Even if it's crystal clear they are being finessed by a dealership...they still sign that dotted line. They'll learn, it'll just be expensive for em'.
As I get my numbers right, I will continue to pay off my cheap daily commuter then hopefully that can help towards the next new whip. This was helpful. 💎💎💎💎
I’m 20 in the market for a hellcat..I work offshore make 4.5k+ a month I still live with parents ..only pay my car note..insurance…and credit card …I think ima be good
Thats wassup bro respect the hustle yeah u straight. I work on the road too. I just put 10K down on a 22 Daytona R/T. My credit i started in 2021, with the help of moms credit history so bank approved me for the car loan!
I pay $1700/month for my 2023 Camaro ZL1, $1020/month for my 2023 Cadillac XT4, and $1555/month for my 2022 RAM 1500. All gas + insurance included. Financially smart ? To some like Dave Ramsey, nope. But worth it as long as you have the means to do so.
Bought a 01' Lightning and my payment was $800/month with an APR of 17.99% Stupid at the time, but I didn't have any kids, or mortgage, wife didn't want me to get it? Was working my butt off, up to 70 hrs./week? I just wanted it, and it was great, till I became disabled, and got the truck repo'd? I was making an easy $1200 to $1500/week, so I didn't care? After I lost the truck, tried to go back to work, with 2 hip replacements, and bought a bare bones new 04' Focus 2.3L manual? Cost me $225/month with $3K down? Still own it today, with 60K on the car. Bought a house in FL, now my mortgage is only $600/month, with no vehicle to get into, that will put a smile on my face, like the Lightning did? You live and learn?
I’m 19 make 4k a month and I still live with my parents is getting a hellcat right now smart cause I have no bills to pay or anything so I’m just stacking my money
I’m 20 have been working at Amazon for 5 months now have about 1k saved no trade in what bank would you recommend I go through to be able to purchase a car that’s 20-25k while making 30k a year? Is it possible or should I look into cheaper cars ?
Hey bro, save some money and get something to get you back in forth. Set yourself up to get something like nice. Patience is key. Don’t live in a cardboard box with a hellcat outside 😂.
I agree with all these ^^^ I didn't even get my first nice car til I was 23 and it was a 06 Charger RT for $12k. I am 33 now so it took me some time to work up to a Cat!
Love your vids and outlook Bro ! You deserve more subs. Subbed :). Can you make a video on income, side hustles and your main job? Only if you're okay sharing. It'll motivate some millenials/Zs . Take care 😎💪

@@BigERides it’s good you made this video. Maybe it will reach them 😂
So what’s your car payment? Why is this so complicated to answer.

Hell yeah man, go watch someone else then🫡
I watched, but it was just a bunch of rambling. Explain the cost and payment first, then ramble after.
You should t be driving and looking at the camera, you’re asking for an accident
You shouldn’t be commenting because you can’t even type shouldn’t.
