HOUSE TOUR before we move out

Tour of the house we're living in before we move out! We've lived here for a year. It was the first place we rented in Calgary (aside from the Airbnb we stayed in for 8 weeks). I birthed Elba in this house and we made it a home (it was a work in progress though).
This house is a 3 bedroom stand alone / detached house.
2.5 bathrooms. Double garage. Enclosed backyard. Walk in closet.
