How did Klemens Kappel get selected to participate in this debate? He literally said nothing at all and didn't seem to even understand the scope or nature of the dialogue.
(Yes, minds and brains are sort of different) But... People ask how a disembodied mind, How an immaterial god can create a world just by willing it to be or just by thought or just by words. What's interesting is that as humans we can almost look to ourselves for an explanation because what do we do? We create worlds. Our dreams that we dream at night are products of our brain so our mind creates worlds with characters that act seemingly independent and that speak not as if you were controlling the entire situation. and to you the dream is reality. It's not as ifyou're standing by and making something up on the go. It's as if the dream is a play. The sets are built and the script is written and the actors are ready to betray the characters and then, You just live in the world. you feel happiness. You go on an adventure you are subject to the laws of nature but you can also break them, like I have by flying in my dreams. You are sometimes a part of your dreams yet sometimes you are outside of them and looking at yourself in the dream. Perhaps that's what God is like. Looking Down on His Creation,vYet a part of it as Jesus. People ask how a disembodied mind can create a world But they fail to realize that it happens every night. Now someone might say that there is a difference between a mind and the brain and it's the brain that creates the dream so we don't know that. A mind could do something similar. Especially if it were all powerful right?

The bloke introducing the Guests only had one job to do. And fucked it up.
Did Klemens make a single point? Hard to listen to
This debate was so lopsided - however WLC would have shone even if he had a better debater opposing him.
Why does William Land Craig always go first in these debates??
The one who answers the debate question in the affirmative usually goes first. - RF Admin
