My love of Tori Amos, and I think its true for many, is listening to her, but also watching her perform. In fact I think she is my favorite performer to watch. So yes the wig is distracting, because I always liked that she was so natural on stage. It really hides her beauty, but her inner beauty shines with her songs. But still I will be glad to see her with out the wig, and back to just being herself again.

I agree with you, I think she probably had a face lift. However, I think the corners of her eyes being lifted is due to the wig. Look recent pictures of her (without the wig on) and you'll see that the corners of her eyes aren't as high as they are in this video :)

It was so hard in fact, the recording engineer walked out complaining he didn't have to listen to it. Come get him when he was done.

I prefer the earlier solo versions. This one is too slow and reminiscent of a 2005-style performance.
