I've watched your video 👍 I have the same motor and my pump is good my thermostats are good but the water is dribbling out of the indicator like yours at idol and over heat alarm buzzer comes on only at idol do you know if there is a poppet valve on these 225 Honda motor's and where it is. I can't find any information or videos on my phone about the bf225 Honda location of the pottet value or if it has one

Hello thanks for thé vidéo .are you sure you put thé impeller on thé right side because thé rail on thé impeller must bé open to insert thé Key when it go down ?

From honda manual "Make sure the open end of the
keyway is visible and will face out when installed in "
From 5'5 to 5'15 and at 9'59 we Can see that on the New impeller the open side of the keyway is not facing out .we go UP to down to close the pump , the Key on the shaft needs an open way ...as in other situations the grease and a little force allowed it to fit anyway ...😅

Videos like this are most useful when they show "how to" do the processes that are most difficult. Unfortunately, this video skips the parts that show how to separate the plate, separating the lower housing, getting the impeller blades to properly curve into the housing etc. This dramatically reduces the utility of the video. I was disappointed. In stead, you showed things like the checking of socket sizes. Why?
