Yes, PAL version is fastest for New Game and Extra New game because of the Church out of bounds at the end of the run.

@@juninx360. It doesn't work in the American version. The framerate has to be low to get pushed out of bounds. American runs at 30fps which is too high/stable of a framerate to get pushed through the wall. PAL runs at 25 fps which is low enough to be pushed through.
