  • The footpegs on the Pan America are a bit underwhelming and too small to spend much time standing on.
The Big Bite Pegs are made of 6061 T6 billet aluminum and feature stainless steel cleats for maximum traction. The large open areas around the cleats ensure the pegs will stay clear of mud and debris during those offroad short cuts.
Do your feet a favor and give our Big Bite pegs a try!

I find the footpegs to be a little too far back, and the gear shift lever entirely too small.Has anyone found a fix for this if they agree?

    Great video and very informative.
Question: can the same size pegs also be used for the passenger? Or it’s a different size

The pillion pegs use a detent ball/spring to keep them in the up down position. The rider pegs are not set-up like this so they are not compatible in the pillion mount locations.

Too much work. An overly complicated set-up.
Take a hammer and a two inch 1/2 extension and beat the footpeg pin from the bottom.
    This will break the "tab".
You can now remove the footpeg pin like a normal footpeg pin.
Put the pin in a vice or hold it with vice grips, drill out the pin.
Once the pin and spring have been drilled out continue drilling out the pin.
To reinstall it get a thin washer that fits, get a couple short aluminum cotter pins that fit the hole and install them just like you would on a dirtbike.
Makes life a lot easier. 🤣
