@@sjc091 the photos and videos are good enough. I’m not a professional. I actually enjoy the idea of flying and the 2 provides that for me. I know there are much better and faster but it works…plus….if it crashes and burns, I can get 4 more recon units for the price of one of the bigger models. Having said all that, if I were to get the new Air as a gift……I’d have to eat these words lol!
@@doatrip I went and got the m4. Had it now long enough to say it’s a good drone. There may be things like way points and certain preprogrammed shots I never use. Some functions are fun to try but not practical or needed by most casual users. I can say that for the cost and what I want, buying the 4 probably wasn’t worth the extra money. Having said that I can see now where the 4 actually now competes with some higher up drones. My heart still loves flying the 2… and the 2 does “fly” better, no question about that.
I just bought a 3 pro coming from the 2 and the speed along with being extremely quiet is worth it. I dont even want to think of a Mavic or Air as now your talking getting licensed. Not only is that an issue, but being licensed means you should know all the rules like night and line of site. At least this way I can plead ignorance. Oh, and the Integra/Motion 2 setup is sick. Im just getting used to it, but Im way more confident with the sensors and landing in sketchy places like my covered porch or just right beside where your standing without taking the goggles off. @@fortyfour6626

@@doatrip I've gotten the Parrot Anafi like two weeks ago and although it is the quietest drone at its weight class, even that freaked me out how noisy it is indoors. Perhaps what I'm looking for is a tinywhoop with tiny motors with a somewhat decent range for surveillance? I thought about slapping a 180 lumens keychain flashlight on the parrot drone and turn it into a work drone but still unsure. I don't like how flimsy commercial drones are. They're too heavily reliant on sensors and startup procedures like the gimbal calibration and whatnot. As soon as that may failsafe, it may prove to be difficult and arise a problematic situation. Henceforth something more mechanical that's plain on energy reliant would be neat. Like those racers but even those can be hella loud. Though I did see that there's a ton of props for those and they can apparently reduce of at the very least make the noise sound less harsh

They offer single sample units to establish trust so you order more though them.. been too nervous risking sending them $ like a regular retail transaction..Cj
