I can suggest at least one acclaimed dramatic actor who can also do comedy: Robert De Niro. Anyone who's seen De Niro in "The Godfather Part II", "Raging Bull", and the recent "Killers of the Flower Moon" knows his dramatic chops. But then there's the "Analyze This" and "Meet the Fockers" franchises, in which De Niro is undoubtedly hilarious even when "playing straight".

Comedy is the highest form of the art. Actors who have mastered being properly funny have no problems dumbing down to dramatic roles.
i would argue that breaking bad is a dark comedy!
It was for the first two seasons, but it evolved into being a straight-up drama.
No mention of the poster child of this??? Robin Williams
Oh man, Robin Williams requires his own video! I didn't want to squeeze him in like an after thought 😄
He was particularly good at that in Insomnia, which I consider an unbelievably underrated movie in general.
Does Jordan Peele count in this category? because he was a comedian, but now he’s a horror writer/director

Shouldn’t the title be comedians who mastered drama?!
....omg. You're right. 🤦♀️ How did I miss that!?
