I got some CBD Balm yesterday as I suffer from excruiating pain from osteoarthritis in both knees. I rubbed it on my knees. It immediately made a HUGE difference. I do take CBD oil morning and night since two years now. This CBD oil is prescribed by my physicien who is specialized in pain management. Because it is made by a medical approved laboratory, I always have the same quality CBD oil. I can confirm that for me, CBD oil has a 💯 effect on my fibromyalgia. It has a very good effect on my arthritis, inflammation and chronic pain. I was able, with my doctor, to diminish the intake of opoids and it is still a work in progress. The only side effect is a growing appetite so I have to manage myself. But I will not live without CBD oil! And I do also use CBD cream which is very good too. Fun fact: I also give CBD oil to my very old dogs who are suffering from arthristis and it gives them a better quality of lives.

I’m not jumping on the cbd train for pain relief. I need to see clinical studies before doing so. They are also not regulated so just like vitamins and supplements who knows what you are actually taking. I still think the best relief from pain are opioids. If taken CORRECTLY, they are very effective. I have been on the SAME dosage for 6 years and they are just as effective today as they were 6 years ago. If you are taking them for pain relief at LOW dosages, you don’t become addicted as you don’t get a high off them. Also, I only take them if I need them. I may go 1-3 days without pain and therefore don’t take my pain meds.
I wonder….why would the FDA, knowing how highly addictive and dangerous the side effects of opioid use is, still approve it for patient use? I thought the FDA’s purpose was to “protect” us from dangerous drugs like opioids?🤷♀️✌🏼
Why you need “clinical studies?” The most accurate “study” is actually trying it yourself….why you need the FDA telling you if something’s gonna work for you or not? Only you can answer that….✌🏼

I suffer from knee arthritis I've bought some cbd but didn't give me pain relief but i think it's down to finding a quality product yet to find......

CDBs are harmless no one has ever died. Can't really say that for opiats.
Unlike pills, many videos out there showing how to make your own cream. Can’t say anyone could or should make what is inside pills.
